This article stikes a chord with me as I see many of my peers opting for digital experiences over real world opportunities. However, I think it's useless to fight the changing digital age in favor of our old brick and motor world. I think what's more realistic and achievable is getting to a point where the digital world complements the real world rather than overshadowing it. The first step in this process, I believe, is educating those building in the physical world about how to build in the digital space. It may seem counter intititiave but I think that people will eventually get tired of the digital world and can be conviced to come back to the real world much like people tired of the real world were once convinced to go digital. Trying to look at it all as a cyclical pattern and that's helped me not get so down about the future state of the world and lessing emphasis on real world expereince.
