Curious about your opinion on adopting the "sprint" approach. It does ignore the "value scheme" portion of your argument but proposes that there are times for rest and times to grind. The times are not necessarily defined but start and end naturally given life context.
Not a fan of hustle culture but anecdotally when I try to remove that mindset I feel uninspired, unmotivated, and have trouble completing work. Are those feelings just a lingering byproduct of the hustle culture mindset or a result of lack of "hustle" built into life?
