Really enjoyed your last point about putting your intelligence on a leash when needed. Getting in our own way often hinder growth. Also enjoyed your point about most pepople staying at the place of running to their boss for help forever. Think a lot of people miss that there needs to be a transition there - too many "gurus" saying you need to be coming up with solutions right off the bat all the time without understanding context or having the foundational knowledge.
