Interesting concept, wonder if there is a software or HR tool out there that automates this concept. Think it's great, too many times have I showed up to a meeting just for it to be pushed back and never rescheduled. However, I agree that it can be difficult to find two times in peoples calendars that work well, wonder if there's a way to make that process easier. Thanks for the write up!
